The first Yıldız Bioengineering Days was held on May 16-17, 2011 in the 100th anniversary of our university with the participation of 24 university and 11 private company represantatives. Academics, industry represantatives and students came together in Yıldız Bioengineering Days, discussed in details the aspects and concerns of multidisciplinary education and research in Bioengineering and activity was completed by reading the final declaration. Yıldız Bioengineering Days, has been followed by the press and took part in both written and visual media.
